Back in the mid-1960s, running footwear was limited and “training” shoes didn’t exist. There were spikes for workouts and competition, but no shoes to warm up, cool down, or put easy miles in. Track and field athletes demanded a shoe they could do their everyday training runs in, so Karhu developed the Trampas.

Size guide
STEP 1
Place a piece of paper on the floor with one end against the wall. Put your foot on the piece of paper with your heel against the wall.
STEP 2
Take a pencil and mark the end of your longest toe on the paper. Repeat for your other foot.
STEP 3
Measure in cm from the wall (heel) to the longest point (toe). Take the larger measurements. Than take what you measured + 0.5 CM and compare it with our shoe sizes in the size chart.
