We ship online orders to the USA, Mexico, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Fife, WA. 

Address changes can't be made after an order is placed. You may contact the carrier and attempt a redirect but KARHU is not able to make an address change.

All discount codes must be applied at checkout.

Please allow 24 hours for processing before shipment. During peak shipping periods processing may take up to 48 hours.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email sent to the email address used at checkout.

For international orders, you will receive a USPS tracking number when your shipment leaves our warehouse.
A second tracking number may be generated once your order enters your country.
