RETURNS IN THE UNITED STATES

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order using the link below.

Once your request is submitted, our team will review it according to our return policy and contact you by email with the next steps.

If your request is approved and a prepaid return label is provided, a $10.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery.

Return Policy

  • - Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. 
      If a return is received worn or damaged, it will not be accepted or refunded.
  • - Ineligible items will be returned to the original shipping address.
  • - Refunds are issued within 2-3 weeks after your return is successfully delivered back to us. 

Discounted Products

Items Purchased with a Discount Code
Items purchased with a KARHU discount code can be returned following the same process.
All items must be in their original condition and packaging.
If a return is received worn or damaged, it will not be refunded and will be shipped back to you.

Products Purchased at a Discounted Price

Items purchased at a discounted price can also be returned; however, all return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
Products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Refunds for these items will also be processed within 2-3 weeks after the return is delivered back to us.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product is defective, please contact our team at support@karhu.com and include:
  • - Your order number
  • - Photos showing the defect

We will review your request as soon as possible and get back to you with a solution.

International returns

For returns from outside the United States or special regions, KARHU does not provide a prepaid label. 
We will accept returns that meet all conditions above, but you must ship your return Duties and Taxes paid to the same address listed above. 

Returns without prepaid label

If you purchased your order at a discounted price or are past the 7-day window for a prepaid label, you can return your order at your own cost to:
