Refund Policy
All returns must be submitted using the link below within 7 days of receiving your order. Karhu’s team will review your return request per our return policy (outlined below) and get back to you via email.
If your return request is accepted and a prepaid return label is provided to you, a $10.00 restocking fee will be applied.
Returns must be received within 30 days of receipt. The returned item/s must be in the same condition as they were shipped and in the same packaging. If a return is received damaged or worn, a return will not be processed, and a refund will not be issued. Karhu will ship the damaged goods back to the shipping address associated with the order.
Products Purchased with a Discount Code
Products purchased with a discount code (provided by Karhu) can / will be accepted. The returned item/s must be in the same condition as they were shipped and in the same packaging. If a return is received damaged or worn, a return will not be processed, and a refund will not be issued. Karhu will ship the damaged goods back to the shipping address associated with the order.
Products Purchased at a Discounted Price
Products purchased at a discounted price can / will be accepted, but all return shipping costs are to be paid by the recipient. The returned item/s must be in the same condition as they were shipped and in the same packaging. If a return is received damaged or worn, a return will not be processed, and a refund will not be issued. Karhu will ship the damaged goods back to the shipping address associated with the order.
Warranty Related Returns
If you believe the item, you received is defective please email d2c@karhu.com or reach out to us using our chat service. Provide your order number and photos of the suspected defect. Karhu will be in touch with a possible solution.
Returning Orders to KARHU
If you purchased a product/s at a discounted price or are past the 7-day window for being issued a prepaid return label, you can ship your return to the address below.

Note: the sender of these shipments is fully responsible for getting their order / product back to KARHU. It is strongly encouraged that the tracking information provided to you by the carrier selected for this return shipment is kept for your records; until a return is processed, and a refund is issued.
For shipments outside the US or special regions Karhu won't provide a return label. Karhu will accept your return - taking into account all the conditions mentioned above. Please note that you must ship your return Duties and Taxes paid.
Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for processing, from the date your return was successfully delivered back to us.
