The men's Karhu Fusion 3.5 HiVo is a highly responsive, cushioned running shoe for neutral footed runners. Whether going easy or pushing the pace, the forward propulsion and plush cushioning make your run comfortable and playful. The 6mm heel-toe offset, shortened Fulcrum, and propulsion unit result in a swift and nimble underfoot experience.
With every stride, the Fulcrum and propulsion unit will accelerate the transition from heel to toe-off, even during your easy runs.
The newly redesigned upper mesh is softer in the toe-box while the intricate venting pattern gives improved breathability. The Fusion 3.5 is an all-in-one shoe for the neutral runner with variety in their running workouts.
The HiVo version is more than just a "wide" as it accounts for feet with higher insteps, greater instep girths, flat, and all-around larger-than-average feet.

At Karhu, we know every runner has unique feet, and precisely that given resulted in the new Fusion. The Fusion 3.5 is built from a growing database of over 3 million 3D scans taken from runners' feet. The Karhu Fusion 3.5 is literally created by the runner, for the runner.

We ship orders with in the USA, Mexico, Canada, Australia and New Zealand only. All web orders are shipped from Fife, WA. If you would like to obtain a proof of delivery email us separately, any lost packages or items must be claimed through/with the carrier selected for the shipment.
Please note that during national holidays in the USA we aren't shipping.
Please note that Karhu can't deliver to PO Boxes.
We allow 48 hours for order processing after order placement. This is rare but can occur during peak shipping seasons. All tracking information is emailed 24 hours after the order is shipped.

Returns
All returns must be submitted using the link below within 7 days of receiving your order. Karhu’s team will review your return request per our return policy (outlined below) and get back to you via email.
If your return request is accepted and a prepaid return label is provided to you, a $10.00 restocking fee will be applied.
Returns must be received within 30 days of receipt. The returned item/s must be in the same condition as they were shipped and in the same packaging. If a return is received damaged or worn, a return will not be processed, and a refund will not be issued. Karhu will ship the damaged goods back to the shipping address associated with the order.

Warranty Related Returns
If you believe the item you received is defective please reach out through our website's chat function or email us - https://us.karhu.com/pages/contact-karhu. Provide your order number and photos of the suspected defect. Karhu will be in touch with a possible solution.
Returning Orders to KARHU
If you purchased a product/s at a discounted price or are past the 7-day window for being issued a prepaid return label, you can ship your return to the address below.
Please note that if a return is received damaged or worn, a return will not be processed, and a refund will not be issued. Karhu will ship the damaged goods back to the shipping address associated with the order. If the return is accepted, the $10.00 restocking fee will not be applied.

For shipments outside the US or special regions Karhu won't provide a return label. Karhu will accept your return - taking into account all the conditions mentioned above. Please note that you must ship your return Duties and Taxes paid.

Size guide
STEP 1
Place a piece of paper on the floor with one end against the wall. Put your foot on the piece of paper with your heel against the wall.
STEP 2
Take a pencil and mark the end of your longest toe on the paper. Repeat for your other foot.
STEP 3
Measure in cm from the wall (heel) to the longest point (toe). Take the larger measurements. Than take what you measured + 0.5 CM and compare it with our shoe sizes in the size chart.
