We ship orders with in the USA, Mexico, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. All web orders are shipped from Fife, WA.                                                              

If you would like to obtain proof of delivery please email us at support@karhu.com. Any lost packages must be claimed with the carrier. Karhu is closed and does not ship on federal holidays.

 

Please allow 24 hours for processing. Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

 

Note: During peak shipping seasons, orders can take up to 48 hours to process.

International Orders: If your order is shipping to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Mexico, a USPS number will be provided to you. Unfortunately, USPS only takes orders to our international carrier and sending a 2nd tracking number is not possible. If you would like to obtain that 2nd tracking number, please reach out to us at support@karhu.com. We will be able to provide you that tracking number. We apologies for an confusion or inconvenience.

 

* For shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, AFA, AFE, and AFP there is a shipping fee of $14.95. 

** Orders valued more at than $100 - will ship Economy Free of charge. Otherwise, there will be a shipping fee of $7.95.

*** Orders shipped outside of the United States are charged a shipping fee of $29.95.
