Returns
If you choose to return your product from within the USA for a refund, we will provide a prepaid return-shipping label and a refund for the amount you paid for your purchase, minus a $10.00 restocking fee per item returned.
If you choose to return your product from outside of the USA for a refund, you will have to return the product at your own expense. We will issue a refund for your purchase, minus a $10.00 restocking fee per item returned.
Only product purchased directly www.karhu.com can be returned to our return processing center. Any unauthorized return of Karhu product will not be accepted or processed at our processing center. The sender of unauthorized returns will be responsible for all return shipment costs.

Important: Product must be clean and the box in proper condition to be accepted.
Under garments such as briefs, boxers, undershorts, underpants may not be returned for size exchange or refunds due to hygienic reasons we can not restock these items.
All sneakers must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.
Warranty related product returns must be shipped to the same address as listed above. All products returned for warranty related reasons will be inspected upon the return of the product.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
For shipments outside the US or special regions Karhu won't provide a return label. We do except your return taking into account the conditions mentioned above. Please note that you ship your return Duties and Taxes paid.
Size Guide Running Women
STEP 1
Place a piece of paper on the floor with one end against the wall. Put your foot on the piece of paper with your heel against the wall.
STEP 2
Take a pencil and mark the end of your longest toe on the paper. Repeat for your other foot.
STEP 3
Measure in cm from the wall (heel) to the longest point (toe). Take the larger measurements. Than take what you measured + 0.5 CM and compare it with our shoe sizes in the size chart.
