    The men's KARHU Ikoni Trail 1.0 WR (Water Resistant) lets you tackle any adventure off-road.

    The KARHU trail running shoe is designed with a slightly higher forefoot volume to allow toe splay and lasting comfort on long trail runs. The mid-cushioned AeroFoam Trail combined with the 5mm results in underfoot protection while still having a solid ground feel. The unique ascending Fulcrum cradles the foot and propels you forward for an efficient ride on the flats, up and downhill. The KARHU Ikoni Trail will deliver comfort, protection and sisu during your run.

    The KARHU Ikoni Trail 1.0 is also available in a non-water-resistant version.

    Size guide

    STEP 1

    Place a piece of paper on the floor with one end against the wall. Put your foot on the piece of paper with your heel against the wall.

    STEP 2

    Take a pencil and mark the end of your longest toe on the paper. Repeat for your other foot.

    STEP 3

    Measure in cm from the wall (heel) to the longest point (toe). Take the larger measurements. Than take what you measured + 0.5 CM and compare it with our shoe sizes in the size chart.

    I wore a pair last year on the Camino and loved them. This new pair has a couple of things I don’t like, particularly a sort of flapping sound as though the soles aren’t quite right. But they’re comfortable so that’s the main thing.

    Most comfortable shoes ever

    I am a female but the men’s sizing works perfectly. I have high volume feet and sesamoiditis, but thins is most comfortable shoes ever owned, other than the first pair of the same style with different color. High cushion and wide enough toe box. I love it so much and so sad to see that they might be discontinued. Please keep them coming back!!! Especially sad that the blue gray ones are no longer available. The only complaint is that the sole feel slippery when the sole hit a wet smooth rock. In Seattle where it rains often and sidewalks contain round pebbles it is a problem. But I still love it since it’s so comfortable.
