I’ve purchased several pair of Karhu running shoes in stores before and loved them. This was my first online purchase, and I have to admit it wasn’t the greatest. The shoes were delayed several times getting to me, and then because they were discounted I wasn’t provided a return slip. I was considering purchasing a smaller pair, but returning them on my own dime cost nearly $40. Can’t take a chance on buying another pair in the event they don’t fit. It’s too bad, too, because you can’t find the lifestyle sneakers in stores in the Atlanta area. I really dig the look, but unless they start selling in stores, I won’t be able to purchase again, especially if they’re discounted. PS - I hope this doesn’t affect my refund since I’m still waiting on it.

Disappointed in the design and description; I love my prior pair of Karhu sneakers (fusion) and took a chance on these, which are described as having a "sleek shape" on the website. In reality, it is shaped more like a skater sneaker-- sort of bulbous and broad; they don't work with the same silhouette as the Fusion. And I guess because of the "mono tongue," the shoe is very low, requiring lower ankle socks than a regular sneaker. I can't recommend this Aria 95 based on design, style, look (and since I bought it on sale, I can't return it, either).
